In our Executive Coaching, we use a contextual coaching model that enables the coach to utilise different coaching methodologies dependant on the client and their circumstances. Coaching would be used to support the ongoing development of leaders. Course Overview While all of our coaching is customised for individual, in our typical coaching programs the following is included: • Initial confidential conversation/briefing received from the coachee’s manager and/or HR/L&D • Pre-coaching questionnaire • 3-way conversation (coachee, manager, coach) to agree on goals, confidentiality and approach. • Establish development goals • 60-90 minute sessions (by mutual agreement – some prefer shorter sessions) • Regular communication between coach and manager (themes, progress, challenges, support/action needed). • Mid-point review (with 1-up manager). • End of coaching review (mindsets, behaviours etc) Who is this course for? Programs are customised to meet the needs of different groups, including: • Board members and CEOs/Managing Partners • Executive level employees/Partners • Senior managers • Change leaders and their teams • High Potential / Fast Track employees • Leaders in transition Topics Covered Some of the common areas that are explored within a coaching relationship include: • strategic thinking; • leadership and management; • change management; • interpersonal communication; • performance management; • and building high performing teams We consider these at the individual, team and organisational level to ensure alignment and sustainable results.
