The Leading Virtual Teams (LVT) supports leaders to effectively lead and support their teams who are working remotely. Leading virtual teams is a very different skill set for most leaders and therefore deserves special attention, particularly in the midst of the current pandemic where the productivity and mental health of team members is critical. The course will cover the use of technology, working from home, addressing specific business challenges, communication, establishing a new or refined operating rhythm, and team well-being and resilience. Who is this course for? This online course is suitable for all leaders who are responsible for leading a team of people who work remotely – either all of the time or some of the time.
