In the face of increasing isolation, uncertainty, fear and different ways of working, leadership is even more important than ever. The four critical steps for leaders are: - Resolve - Connect - Build - Return Most organisations are doing their best to quickly Resolve what the crisis means for them. Once this occurs, organisations will need to quickly move to the Connect and Build phases.
